QuietPod's flexible quiet rooms are designed to give you exactly what you need and want. For example, you can decide how much glass and walls you want or where the door should be placed. Plus, it's no problem if you need the pods to be higher or lower than standard - we're used to customizing!

Perhaps best of all, as your business needs change, QuietPod's quiet rooms can also be easily rebuilt to perfectly fit new floor plans.

Mobile quiet room moves wherever you want

In addition, the quiet rooms are mobile: If you want to move a fully assembled room, simply use the included wheels and easily roll the quiet room to its new location.

The reason for the extreme flexibility of the still rooms is the unique modular system. The modules can be reused, for smaller or larger models, and are therefore also perfectly suited to reuse and recycling.

– It's not just something we say , both our customers and we already reuse old modules in new or remodeled rooms. This way we ensure a very long lifespan for our products, says QuietPod founder Erlend Einarsen.

In addition, you of course get all the other QuietPod qualities, such as the best soundproofing of all quiet rooms and top-class ventilation.

– The reason we can do this is that we are a Norwegian company that uses manufacturers here in Norway or in our closest neighboring countries, says Einarsen.

– The closeness between us and the suppliers means that communication is never a problem. If we are unsure whether something is working as we want, we simply meet to find the optimal solution.

Increased utility value at Telenor

Telenor is among the many large companies that have already taken advantage of the mobility and flexibility of quiet rooms – and is very satisfied.

– We are very pleased with the rollout of mobile quiet rooms from Quietpod to our common areas. They have simply increased their utility value, says Christine E. Aasenden, Workplace and Design Manager at Telenor.

– In addition, the rooms have good sound insulation and air quality, so it is not difficult for us to recommend QuietPod – both for the well-executed delivery and for the service and follow-up we have received afterwards, says Aasenden.

According to QuietPod founder Erlend Einarsen, one of the reasons why the quiet rooms are so flexible is that the company uses manufacturers in Norway or one of our closest neighboring countries. “Then it is simply easier to collaborate on different types of solutions,” he says.
